The atmosphere is a control
Medium, temperature, humidity and salt content change the speed of sound and with it pitch and tone, altitude changes density and damping, calculated from published formulas.

Expression per note
Pitch and timbre for every single note, through CLAP note expressions and MPE, as far as the host delivers them.

Checked to the bit
Before delivery, every version is measured against stored references. If the sound changes unintentionally by even a single bit, that version does not go out.
